At RebelX, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please review our return and exchange policy below for detailed instructions.
Return & Exchange Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be neatly packed in the original re-sealable package.
- The invoice must be included inside the package.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no signs of alterations or misuse.
- All tags and labels must be attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
- Step 1: Submit Your Request Fill out and submit the Service Request Form on this page to initiate your return or exchange. Our team will review your request and contact you if further details are required.
- Step 2: Exchange Process Once approved, your exchange request will be processed within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Your replacement item will be delivered, and the returning item will be collected at the same time. A Rs. 350/- collection & re-delivery charge may apply. The entire process typically takes 3-7 working days.
- Step 3: Return for Refund You can return your item via our designated courier service or use a reliable courier of your choice. Refunds will be processed after a quality inspection of the returned items. The full order value will be refunded excluding delivery charges. Refunds will be transferred to your nominated bank account, and a confirmation with proof of transfer will be sent. The refund process takes approximately 2 working days after receiving the returned package.
- Step 4: Non-Compliance with Policy If a return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be sent back to you immediately. RebelX reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
